HOW WE MUST BE BURIED

0
(I DON’T KNOW IF HOW I AM CONVEYING THIS MESSAGE IS CORRECT BUT AS LONG AS YOU UNDERSTAND THEN MAYBE IT’S FINE HAHA)

So! Just this morning I was having my coffee sitting while watching televisions when my Grandma suddenly ------ “JUDAY ALAM MO BA YUNG ASAWA NI ****** GINAWANG ABO!!!”
***(In English – Judy did you heard the news? Your ****** wife died and the turn her from ash)***

And then I was like “ohh what’s the thing about that LOLA?” So my Grandma says, “Ginawa ngang abo, sinunog yung bangkay, pagsaken ginawa yun hindi ko kayo mapapatawad”
***IN ENGLISH: “Her body was burnt to ashes, if that happens to me, I will never forgive all of you”***

AND I WAS LIKE 😨😲(literally shocked)

I have explained to my Grandmother how "cremate" works and why some families or their loved ones choose to cremate the dead body of their love. Still, my grandmother was not convinced and stated that it's better to go back from how it should be in the Philippines - (THE WAY WE BURIED OUR LOVE ONES WHEN THEY DIED – CASKET) and not the adopted or different kinds of things like these (I DON’T KNOW THE WORD SO FORGIVE ME).

Well, I do respect the opinion of my Grandmother regarding cremation and I do also respect the choice of the loved ones of that person that died and decided to cremate her body.

Some families or your loved one may have done this, it is because they still want to keep the presence of that person IN THIS WAY and some even if they travel they carry the ash and it gave them the feeling that the person was still there.

Well, we might think that they may have carried a picture or a piece of memory instead of doing this. BUT TO TELL YOU THIS, IT IS EASY TO GIVE OPINIONS YET THAT IS THEIR CHOICE.

Based on what I have researched (or read through the web) cremation was a tradition of some cultural groups. And some religious people disagreed to this kind of way to bury your loved ones.

We must still understand each other’s perspectives regarding this. This may happen before the funeral service or after the funeral service.

So.. HOW ABOUT YOU? HOW DO YOU WANT TO BE BURIED WHEN YOU DIED? CREMATE OR BY CASKET
