<h3 style="text-align: left;">How to Make It</h3>
<p data-end="1759" data-start="1499">1. In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, and stevia. Blend until the mixture becomes thick and sticky. If you don’t have a blender, you can mix everything in a bowl but make sure it’s well combined and slightly sticky in texture.</p>
<p data-end="1862" data-start="1761">2. Transfer the mixture into a container or mold. Press it down firmly so it holds its shape like a bar.</p>
<p data-end="1940" data-start="1864">3. Melt some chocolate and pour it on top as your coating layer. Spread evenly.</p>
<p data-end="2035" data-start="1942">4. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours until firm. Once set, slice into bars.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: left;">Is This Good for Weight Loss?</h3>
<p data-end="2123" data-start="2083">Yes, but portion control is still important.
<br />
<br />Compared to typical store-bought chocolate bars, this protein bar has less sugar and more protein. It helps with satiety, which can prevent overeating later in the day, thanks to the Greek yogurt and protein powder.<br /><br />This is a far better option than high-sugar snacks that raise blood sugar levels if you have PCOS or suffer from cravings (I understand how that feels). But there are still protein bar with more nutrients than this. </p><p data-end="2123" data-start="2083"><br /></p>

It is amazing for chicken, whether grilled, baked, or even pan-seared.</p>

The harmony of sweet, salty, and garlicky flavors strikes the palate perfectly. <p>What else could you ask for than a healthy and tasty recipe that takes no time? This lemon chicken with broccoli is one of my favorite dishes. It is light, tangy, and a bit sweet which makes it perfect for lunch or dinner when you want something nice and comforting but still healthy.</p><p>A quick reminder, this is not my recipe. I have been cooking it for years, and I have to be honest I do not even remember where I first got it. Wash and slice your broccoli into bite-sized pieces. You can also slice the stem, just remove the fibrous outer layer. Do the same for your green beans.</p>

Heat about 1 ½ tablespoons of oil in a pan. Once it’s hot, add your chicken slices and cook until lightly browned and almost done. Remove and set aside.</p>

DOWNLOAD these applications for your food and travel needs</h4><p>I would like to share my experience with SOME (not all) taxi drivers in Naia Terminal 3 and other terminals. While it is unfair to label all taxi drivers as scammers, there are some who charge more than the metered fare especially to those who just arrived from a flight. As a Filipino, I have also fallen victim to this. Now, this restaurant promised that they have been serving and perfecting ramen for years. Other than that, I was surprised upon entering this restaurant I saw a signage that they only serve filtered water [not tap water dude but filteeerrredddd watttaaahhh!].<br />

Based on my experience in the past few years, this restaurant or food chain was really into giving fresh street food for their customers, you can tell that because the food takes time to be cooked and you can see how they cooked and prepared it.<br />
<br />
For the service, except that it is not a five or 3-star service since there's a lot of people who come and eat here. But it is still good to maintain their customer service factor even at the end of the day.<br />
