•SOLUTION 1 LATEST UPDATE OR DOWNLOAD AND LATEST
ACTIVITY
↝ First and foremost, what is the last thing that you do before it happens? Did you download an application, made some updates, browse through the internet. Check every activity that happened to your phone before it happens. It may help you to see the root cause and fix the problem already.
•SOLUTION 2 WIPE CACHE / REMOVE CACHE
↝ As you browse, made some updates, and already check everything. You might want to test it out to remove the cache from your phone and check if it is still reoccurring.
•SOLUTION 3 CHECKS FOR ANY UNWANTED FILES
↝ Plugged in your mobile device on a public computer? Well, you might also want to check first before plugging that device in as viruses can cause your phone to have multiple issues not just like this.
•SOLUTION 4 CHECK THE PLUGIN OF YOUR BROWSER
↝ Some plugins are very helpful, but other plugins just suddenly show and appears on your browser without asking for any permission
↝ You might want to also the security of your mobile device and make sure that restrictions or permissions are set
↝ SO, BEFORE YOU DO MASTER RESET ON YOUR PHONE AND THROW IT OUT OR PUNCH IT (I KNOW)Inspect it first or you might as well CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR ASSURANCE
