It's been a long time
since I did a product review. So here's a glutathione review.
I'm still on a search for the glutathione that takes much longer before the effect fades when you stop taking it for days because you don’t even know when will you run out of money or set aside this one to finance other things...
I'm going to start by taking 1 capsule a day which is shown in the third picture plus I will also intake vitamin C preferably 500 mg to maximize or increase the glutathione inside my body.
In the third picture, it also says that you must intake it after meals because the oxidation level of glutathione is high (base from what I have read) so if your stomach is empty you'll experience bloating or a little bit aching in your stomach.

Tips:
→ Eat healthy, even with an antioxidant supplement that does not guarantee any good for your skin. Support it by eliminating junk foods from your diet and decrease sugar intake as much as possible. You'll see great results eventually.
→ Try to suppress caffeine intake, based on research, it can reduce the side effects of glutathione in terms of lightening.
→ Do not overdose yourself with vitamin C and glutathione; Only take what's indicated. Protect your skin under the sun.
