PRODUCT REVIEW: Dr.Alvin's Rejuvenating Set

Here's another product for you guys!!! The rejuvenating set of Professional Skin Care formula by Dr. Alvin.

I've heard it from my classmate and even some of their buyers in the mall (tsismosa  ang peg)
As I've said before. I've been searching through products who can give me flawless and spotless skin which is really hard to attain (AND YOU KNOW IT!!)

So…TADA! I'm going to introduce the REJUVENATING SET.

What's included in the package: 

KOJIC ACID SOAP
REJUVENATING TONER
REJUVENATING CREAM
SUNBLOCK

Here are the MAIN INGREDIENT/S and TERM/S:

1. Kojic Acid
- A famous ingredient when it comes to beauty soaps, its specialty is to fade dark spots. This is great for exfoliating, and making the skin lighter.

2. Rejuvenate
- To rejuvenate is to make someone or something younger-looking skin (browse through most of the dictionaries)


HOW TO USE IT:


For the soap:

If you really have sensitive skin, I do recommend to let it sit on your face for about 30 seconds since it will leave you a burning sensation when it starts to peel. Do not overdry your skin with this soap, it will not help. 

For the toner:

Let your face cooldown from the burning and sting sensation you felt from using the soap. Just let it rest for seconds or minutes just so you can now apply the toner.

For the Rejuvenating Cream:

I do recommend for you to apply this all over your face and apply more on the neck. Because for some they have these cases where their neck is not the same skin tone with the face (what's the word again? Somewhat marble skin lol).

For the Sunblock cream.

Every morning or if you get in the mood to go out make sure to repeat applying this sunblock to protect your skin from UVA or UVB rays, since you are using a product that will make your skin a little more sensitive than before

So is this really effective?

HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN USING “Dr. Alvin’s Rejuvenating Set”.

√ THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ADVISABLE FOR LACTATING MOTHERS OR PREGNANT WOMEN.

√ Your face will turn pinkish-red (hmm can't describe it) that effect is natural.

√ Why do I advise you to stop when it's itchy and your skin becomes more sensitive? Here are the answers. [Based on my experience]

 1. The skin on your face is thinner than the other skin of your body, so when you apply a cream or solution, it is easily absorbed.
2. By some cases, a friend of mine, (Joy - 19) she stops using it right after she sees it peeling and then afterward her skin really glows without continuing on using it, most dark spots have faded, and pimples have already dried, she just uses it for a week; (Tal -19) She had a breakout all over her face and stop for days or a week and then continue on using it.
3. The side effects depend on the user, mine take effect right after the day I use it, some may  take 3 days before you see any peeling or changes on your skin.
4. If you are a person who loves to go out, I'll advise you to put less or to use the toner at night. Some product users experienced to have freckles on their face, white spots, and most of these dark spots are caused by too much peeling or chemicals we put in our skin.
5. The burning sensation was the trickiest part in here, it depends on you if you still want to continue it or not. Some of my friends stop it but the effect last, some didn't and the effect was the same as to the users who stop using it.

AGAIN, it still depends on your skin, since we all have a different physique.
