It's so hard to achieve white, fair skin especially if you are in a tropical country or you can't afford chemical peels and whitening pills in the market.

I started to get interested to whiten my skin, inside and out ... but I don't even know what really suits me.

By the way, this is my first time taking glutathione and I'm really excited about what will be the results.


INGREDIENTS / ABOUT: 
It says in the packaging that it contains 700 mg in total:

L-Glutathione 500 mg
- Anti-Aging, free-radical fighting, disease-preventing powerhouse [₂]
Alpha-lipoic Acid 100mg
- Involved in energy metabolism [₁]  Has antioxidant properties [₃]
Vit.C 100 mg
-This helps the body's natural defenses fight inflammation [₄]


INSTRUCTIONS: 

• At least one (1) capsule a day with or without taking a meal.
• It says that the effect of glutathione is visible in less than 2 weeks.

But based on what I have read from other reviews ... this is not true that it contains 700 mg exactly what it says. (they say it only contains 650 mg) I don't know but when I see the packaging inside, it was exactly the same. 

Maybe the manufacturer or the company itself changed that since there are so many people who reported it. Some say it depends if your body is compatible or can adapt to the side effect of glutathione.
