NEW YEAR RESOLUTION #101

I'm not here to let you down about your new year resolution. But come to think of it, only a few people can make it up to the end of 2019 for 2020 of their NEW YEAR RESOLUTION.

Every year people of all ages create their own new year resolution some are short term and quite reachable or attainable but some resolutions are in need of SOME DISCIPLINE AND CONSISTENCY.

Let say, you prove it starting today, you made your first step of your new year's resolution, yet by next month, you started to become lazy to do it and then say to yourself again that "I'LL DO IT BY MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND SO ON..."

Most of the new year's resolution is for HEARTACHES 😥😥 (OO TE' FOR BROKEN HEARTED TO PARA SA MGA SAWI HALOS MGA BITTER ANG GUMAGAWA NETONG NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS NATO)

"Don't Chase anyone"
⇨ For me, CHASE YOU DREAMS BUT NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WILL JUST BE WITH YOU BECAUSE THEY NEED YOU! (GANYAN DAPAT YAN, KASE NGA YUNG IBA PAPAASAHIN KA LANG SASABIHIN IMPORTANTE KA PAGKATAPOS IIWAN KANA IKAW NAMAN ITONG T*NGA NAGHAHABOL LANG PARA SA WALA)

"Spend more time for yourself"
⇨ Even if it is not a new year or even if you are in a relationship now, YOU MUST!! SPEND TIME FOR YOURSELF, PAMPER YOURSELF, LOVEEEE YOURSELF because that will give you the essence of HOW IMPORTANT YOU ARE.

"NO DRAMA"
⇨ ARE YOU SURE?????????????? (kidding 😂😂) Well, to set your expectation there will always be drama, to your family, friends and loved ones. (PART NA KASE NG LIFE YAN TE, NEVER NAWAWALA, MINSAN MADRAMA MADALAS MASAYA)

and ETC...

Now, let's go to the new year's resolution for FIT AND HEALTHY GOALS! (my favorite 😋)

So, if you're a person who loves to eat and for how many years you really want to lose that weight then these resolutions are for you (AND FOR ME TOO)

"NO TO CARBS"
⇨ AGAIN... ARE YOU SURE???? Carbs are not easy to cut in anyone's lives, so the easiest way to make it up for this resolution is to find alternatives when you crave for it. (PINAKAMAHIRAP TO!)

"WORKOUT every day"
⇨ It is not mandatory to exercise or workout every day (Hindi rin healthy ang every day) AND YOU WILL TEND TO GET TIRED AND LAZY. So, the best thing to do is to have a MOTIVATION!! THAT WILL REALLY DRIVE YOU TO WORKOUT.

and ETC...

Well, there's really nothing wrong about creating your new year's resolution, we are used to creating one for ourselves, BASED FROM OUR EXPERIENCES. It is fun, exciting and will really drive you to try new adventures for 2018.

Even if you failed to commit to your resolution, that's fine IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO BE DONE. You just have to try it again 😄 and if you SUCCEED, then go ahead and CELEBRATE!!!
