The country where my Mother is working does not have a Philippine embassy, so I have to go to the NBI UN Branch to get one. </p><p>After that, send this form via DHL or any courier that can ship documents internationally.</p><p>Now, if you already have the form, make sure to <b><u>prepare the following :</u></b></p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Schedule of NBI Online: <a href="https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/" target="_blank">https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/</a></li><li>Certificate of Authorisation - certified true copy and notarized, PHOTOCOPIED AS WELL</li><li> Passport copy - needs to be notarized and photocopied</li><li>Birth Certificate copy - if possible </li></ul><div>The<b> NBI UN Avenue branch</b> has its own photocopier at the bottom of the building.
