There are tons of creams on the market that offers a lot of
benefits (based on the label) yet sometimes it doesn't fit your skin type.
It’s really hard to choose what suits your skin, years of research, trials, and
errors, money spend on different clinics.
I mean, most of us have done so many
things just to find the right product for our skin. One of these is a
moisturizer.
Knowing the type of moisturizer for your skin will change it to become healthy and glowy.
Dry Skin
You don't need to put tons of oils, moisturizers or pile something on your skin to look glowy.
Even though it's dry doesn't mean it is safe to pile moisturizers,
it could clog your pores. What you really need is a cream type for dry skin.
Oily Skin
Oily Skin
You
don't need to exfoliate a lot or scrub a lot, as it could contribute to produce
more oils on your skin. What you need is a gel or a serum that is for oily or
thicker skin that can be easily absorbed.
Combination
Skin
A combination of the skin could be "normal to oily" (my type of skin) or "dry to oily", dry to normal. So
the moisturizer for “normal to oily and dry to oily” is a gel or watery type of
moisturizer; for dry to normal is a cream-based moisturizer. But always check
the labels first, because sometimes ingredients may contribute to aggravate
some problems on your skin.
Normal
Skin
My
sister has normal skin, specifically, she uses a moisturizer when she's going outdoors,
and sometimes she doesn't. What you need depends upon the weather of your country,
and the state of your skin if it is normal but has acne or you are already seeing fine lines on your face.
The best advice I could give is for you to seek professional help from dermatological clinics or doctors who can give you information on how to improve the condition of your skin.
