For the past 2 years, I've tried different kinds of shampoos, conditioners, treatments, get advice from the experts and etc. [<i>dinasalan ko na't lahat lahat pero wala pa din</i>]<br />

In this product review, I'm not just going to tell you about this product, but I'm going to also share how I debunk dandruff.<br />
<br />
•<b> Get down to the root cause</b><br />
- Let's say you have the miraculous anti-dandruff product and it did work! BUT.. after a week or two without the product, your scalp problem came back. It is because the root cause was still there. Mine was pollution, stress, and chemicals that I put on my hair.<br />
- Stress can contribute a lot of factors to your health and lifestyle. One of these is dandruff, as it weakens the protection of your body or its natural defenses.<br />
<br />
• <b>Wishy-washy scalp</b><br />
- <i><b>How do you wash your hair? Well, we do have different ways to wash our hair, [because I do] It's okay to not share it with others, but it could be the factor why your scalp is producing snowflakes.</b></i><br />
<i>- </i>This is just a tip from my friend who had dandruff before and debunks it by just the way he washed his hair. Mr. "J," told me to first wet my hair completely which I do, and then take enough amount, so the first shampoo or wash that you're going to put on your hair was to remove the oils and chemicals after you completely massage your scalp for 3-5 mins. Rinse it and take another enough amount of shampoo to remove excess chemicals or dirt, and rinse it again.<br />
-This friend of mine told me that this kind of routine helps him to not have any dandruff at all, because most of us tend to just wash our hair for one time. [<i>and I'm guilty with that</i>]<br />
-If you're uncomfortable with this routine since it'll definitely dry out the scalp of your hair, apply conditioner or have your hair treated (hair treatment or spa) twice a week.<br />

• <b>Too much  </b>😫😁<br />
- Too many chemicals... too much heat. I know you just want to make your hairstyle last longer, which anyone does, but make sure when you get home, wash it and let your hair and scalp breath from those.<br />
- Choosing the right product for hair and scalp is a must. Most especially if you go out a lot. Some other hair products out there have this formula 3-in-1 that protects your hair from UVB and UVA rays lets your hairstyle lasts longer and has that glowing effect on your hair. So.. you don't have to put a lot of products on that.<br />

• <b>Research before buying it</b><br />
- You may seem to get hooked up with those products from celebrity advertisements. That!! you don't even know, that they have just endorsed the product, but not really using it. So, before you buy those expensive brands, make sure to do research.<br />

•ketoconazole 1%:<br />
- used for treating certain serious fungal infection [<a href="https://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-11593/ketoconazole-oral/details" target="_blank">5</a>]<br />

<b>How to use this product?</b><br />
•Do the usual routine of shampooing your hair. Use every 3-4 days for up to 8 weeks or as directed by the doctor.<br />
•Do not use on scalp that is broken or inflamed.<br />
•If condition worsens or does not improve, ask a doctor.<br />

<b>Results?</b><br />
-So, I'm still using it up until now to maintain my scalp. I've reduced the usage of this product from 3-4 days, I'm only using it now twice a week.<br />
-Yes, it helped me to reduce the flakes from my scalp, but not completely remove it.<br />
