Try to achieve a weekly goal. </h4><p style="text-align: center;">10,000 x 7: 70,000 steps </p><p>If you walk 5000 - 6000 steps on your first day, then try to walk more on the other days, it does not matter which day. </p><h4 style="text-align: left;">Next, count your steps, and to do that, you'll have to buy a gadget or step-tracking tool. I walk 20,000 to 30,000 steps whenever I go to malls </li><li>Every 1-3 hours of working, try to stand and walk for a minute or 2 </li></ul></div><div><br /></div><div>If you’re new to <a data-preview="" href="https://www.google.com/search?ved=1t:260882&q=define+cardio+exercise&bbid=379612193081668455&bpid=4292633354232793447" target="_blank">cardio</a> or working out, consider lowering your step goal. I remind myself of this often since I’m not naturally inclined towards cardio or running. It’s important to be realistic about what I can accomplish in a day. My initial goal is to reach 5,000 steps.</div><div><br /></div><div>Then, next week, I aim for 6,000 steps, until I can reach 8,000 to 10,000 steps. <br /></div><div><br /></div><div>There are still days that I cannot do 10,000 steps, and that's fine.
